rp2vip Terms & Conditions

The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the meanings assigned below:

To register and maintain an account with rp2vip, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. rp2vip operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practice and Indonesian social norms regarding adult entertainment. Access by individuals under 21 is absolutely prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of rp2vip or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered under any other current or previous rp2vip account.
• Your use of the Platform must not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

rp2vip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Member is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds deposited will be returned (net of any withdrawals already made), and any bonus balances or winnings generated while underage will be forfeited in their entirety.

To access the full range of rp2vip services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the sign-up form. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs exclusively to you.
• You will keep your account information up to date and notify rp2vip promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise allow any third party to access your account under any circumstances.
• You will not use another Member's account, attempt to access an account that does not belong to you, or assist others in doing so.

rp2vip reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any registration at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that a Prohibited Person is attempting to gain access or where false information has been provided.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent time rp2vip considers appropriate — you will be required to complete identity verification. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, accompanied by proof of address dated within the past three months. rp2vip may also request a selfie holding the submitted identity document. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4.1 Deposits. rp2vip accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga bank transfer, as well as through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja e-wallets, and via USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for e-wallet channels and Rp 50.000 for bank transfer channels. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed clearance. rp2vip does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which rp2vip accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as your rp2vip account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Processing times are as follows:

• OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja: 5–15 minutes from approval.
• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri bank transfer: within 10 minutes during standard WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB).
• USDT: within 30 minutes from approval, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. rp2vip reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Additionally, where a bonus has been accepted, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in cancellation of the active bonus and associated winnings.

4.4 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) unless a Member has specifically selected a USDT wallet, in which case USDT amounts will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. rp2vip is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates.

4.5 Fraud Prevention. rp2vip employs automated and manual fraud-detection systems. Any account found to be engaging in suspicious deposit or withdrawal patterns, including structuring transactions to avoid verification thresholds or using payment methods that do not belong to the account holder, will be suspended pending investigation. rp2vip reserves the right to withhold withdrawals indefinitely where fraud is suspected and to report any confirmed fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.

rp2vip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and this clause, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all rp2vip bonuses:

• Each bonus may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated promotional period. Expired offers cannot be retroactively applied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which any uncompleted bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• rp2vip reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate.
• The maximum bet permitted while a wagering requirement is active is Rp 100.000 per round or spin. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Bonus Abuse. rp2vip maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities classified as bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets across accounts, systematic exploitation of free bets or free spins through low-variance strategies, and collusion with other Members. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account permanently closed and all bonus balances and associated winnings permanently forfeited.

5.3 rp2vip's Discretion. rp2vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice and to refuse to award, or to recover, any bonus that it reasonably believes was obtained in violation of these terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rp2vip platform. Engaging in any of the activities below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulated sporting event, and placing bets based on insider or non-public information.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in odds or game mechanics ("bug abuse"). Any winnings derived from a demonstrable system error are void and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction connected to criminal activity. rp2vip complies with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions to competent authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rp2vip staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another Member's account or to rp2vip's internal systems.
• Engaging in bandar bola (acting as a local bookmaker) activity by collecting bets from third parties and placing consolidated wagers on rp2vip.

All content on the rp2vip Platform — including but not limited to the rp2vip brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any rp2vip intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of rp2vip. Unauthorized use of the rp2vip brand, trademark, or visual identity for any commercial purpose — including operating a look-alike site or promotional affiliate program without an active written agreement — is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp2vip and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including downtime caused by third-party infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or account balance displays caused by a technical error, provided that rp2vip takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or from unauthorized access to your account by a third party.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

rp2vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. rp2vip makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

rp2vip is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. We provide the following self-management tools, accessible at any time from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen reminders after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block all access for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated duration.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied in the jurisdiction in which rp2vip holds its operating license. Any dispute arising between a Member and rp2vip that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support channel shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Dispute Resolution Procedure: In the first instance, Members must submit a formal complaint by email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". rp2vip will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and issue a final response within 14 business days. If a Member is not satisfied with rp2vip's response, they may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

rp2vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rp2vip will endeavor to provide Members with at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform homepage or by sending an email to the registered address on file. Minor clarifications or corrections that do not affect Members' substantive rights may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has come into effect constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
